响应曲面法优化超声-微波协同提取澳洲坚果油的工艺研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究超声-微波协同提取澳洲坚果油的工艺。方法以提取率为指标,通过单因素实验分别考察了提取剂种类、微波功率、超声功率、液料比和提取时间对澳洲坚果油提取率的影响。利用Design-expert软件设计正交实验,用响应曲面法优化澳洲坚果油的提取工艺。结果确定的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率430 W,超声功率360 W,液料比20∶1mL·g^(-1),提取时间9min。在最佳条件下,澳洲坚果油的一次提取率为80.25%±0.18%(n=3),与理论计算值82.41%基本接近,说明回归模型能较好地预测坚果油的提取率。结论超声-微波协同提取澳洲坚果油具有提取率高、速度快和操作简便等优点,也为澳洲坚果的进一步开发提供了参考依据。 Objective To study the ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction technology of Macadamia integrifolia oil.Methods The type of extractant,microwave power,ultrasonic power,solvent to solid sample ratio and extraction time were investigated by using single factor experiment method with the extraction yield of Macadamia integrifolia oil as evaluation index.On the basis of single factor experiment,the factors showed significant effects were selected in the further orthogonal experiments designed by Design-expert software.Results The optimized combination of extraction parameters obtained with response surface methodology were as follows:microwave power 430 W,ultrasonic power 360 W,solvent to sample ratio 20∶1 mL·g^-1 and extraction time 9 min.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of Macadamia integrifolia oil was 80.25%±0.18%(n=3).The results from experimental value were quite consistent with the theoretical expectation value 82.41%,thus regression model can well predict extraction yield of Macadamia integrifolia oil.Conclusion The ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction of Macadamia integrifolia oil showed many advantages such as high yield,high speed,facile operation and so on.Additionally,the results provided the scientific reference for further study of Macadamia integrifolia.
