目的总结植物多糖高级结构的研究方法,为多糖高级结构的分析提供参考。方法广泛查阅中外文相关文献,整理总结植物多糖结构研究的各种方法及其应用。结果二维核磁共振波谱、X-射线衍射、圆二色谱法和原子力显微镜等研究方法在植物多糖高级结构的研究中应用广泛。结论多种结构分析方法在植物多糖高级结构的研究中得到了应用,多糖高级结构的研究有了进一步的深入,但仍然存在许多问题,需要更多的关注。

Objective To summarize the analytical techniques for advanced structure of botanical polysaccharides,to provide reference for the study of polysaccharide structure.Methods Structure analysis methods and application in Chinese and foreign literatures were extensively inquired and summarized.Results Several major macromolecular structure research methods like NMR,X ray diffraction,circular dichroismspectrum,and atomic force microscopy can be used in advanced polysaccharide structure study.Conclusion Advanced structure analysis of botanical polysaccharides has made some development in recent years,but there are still many problems and more attention is needed.
