摘要 文中分析了可视化能源管理系统在楼宇中的重要性和建设基于物联网技术的可视化能源管理系统的必要性。为了建筑以绿色环保为导向,提倡节能减排在建筑的应用,有益于构建智能化建筑。采用物联网技术,以某楼宇项目为背景,开展智能化建筑,通过构建建筑能耗结构及应用。并且建立建筑能耗评价指标体系,实现了可视化能源管理系统在楼宇行业的应用,实现了节能减排的目的。 This paper analyzes the importance of visual energy management systems in buildings and the need to build a visual energy management system based on Internet of Things technology. For the building to green- oriented, to promote energy- sav-ing emission reduction applications in the building, is conducive to building intelligent buildings. Using the Internet of Things technology to a building project as the background, to carry out intelligent building, through the construction of building energy consumption structure and application. And the establishment of building energy consumption evaluation index system, to achieve a visual energy management system in the building industry applications, to achieve the purpose of energy conservation.
