摘要
现有的信息通信项目技术经济管理存在评价流程未闭环、评价标准不足、评价调整机制不灵活的现实问题。文章在分析信息通信技术经济研究领域现状基础上,为有效提升信息通信项目技术经济管理水平,设计了一种以动态储备库为支撑的信息通信项目技经管理模型,讨论了模型的输入要素、流程要素和优先级调整算法三项主要内容。最后,以某省级电网经研院为研究对象,讨论了该方法的有效性。
There are some problems in the technical economy field of information and communications project management such as evaluation process is non dosed-loop,evaluation criterion is not enough. Firstly this paper design a technical economy management model of ICT project based on dynamic repository by discussing the current related research work. Then discuss the input factorsclosed-loop process and priority adjustment algorithm of this model. Finally discuss the effectiveness of the model in the case of a province power grid enterprise.
