在探究敏捷开发模式特点的基础上,提出了一种基于任务延误、缺陷出现及缺陷收敛的质量度量方法,为敏捷模式下改进质量执行成效提供了依据。

Based on the characteristics of agile development model,this paper proposes a quality measurement method based on task delay,defect occurrence and defect convergence, which provides the basis for improving quality in agile mode.
