摘要
一种空调水管总成需要将其直管预弯180°后焊接在散热器上,然后再对管子进行弯曲。由于水管总成的管子有预先弯曲,并有散热片焊接在管子上,其结构复杂,无法在自动弯管机上加工,常规手动弯管模亦不能满足加工要求。针对焊接水管总成的特点,设计了新型手动弯管模具,弯管模具包括肘节式压紧机构、滑块压弯机构、定位机构等装置,可实现总成铝管的多个弯角的一次性装夹、分步弯曲。弯曲过程顺畅、省力,成形的管子走向稳定,外形饱满,无褶皱、夹伤等缺陷。设计的新型弯管模具,解决了焊接总成管子的弯曲难题,取得了良好的经济效益。
A kind of air conditioning tube assembly is formed by bending the straight tube to 180°, and then welding the bended tube on the radiator, and at last conducting the subscquent bending. With the pre-bcnding process and the cooling fin wclded on the tube, structure of the assembly is very complex and cannot be processed on automatic tube bender or by using the conventional manual tube-bending die. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the welded tube assembly, a new manual tube-bending die was designed. The new tube-bending dic includes a toggle clamping mechanism, a bending slide block mechanism, a positioning dcvice and so forth. The one-time clamping and the step-by-step bending of multiple corncrs in the aluminum tube assembly can be realized with the dic. In addition, the bending process is smooth and force saving and the shape of the formed tube is stable with no defects such as folds and clamping dcfects. The designed new type of tube-bending die solves the bending problem of the welded tube assembly and achieves good economic benefits.
