摘要
目的建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定软体类海产品中铜、镉、镍、铬含量的方法。方法样品经微波消解后,以硝酸钯-磷酸二氢铵混合溶液为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定铜、镉、镍、铬的含量。结果铜、镉、镍、铬的线性范围分别在0μg/L^40.0μg/L、0μg/L^2.0μg/L、0μg/L^40.0μg/L、0μg/L^20.0μg/L,相关系数均>0.999;方法检出限分别为0.217μg/L、0.022μg/L、0.187μg/L和0.156μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.28%~4.32%,加标回收率为98.60%~105.0%。71份软体类海产品中,铜检出率为95.8%,超标率为4.2%,含量为ND^65 mg/kg;镉检出率为100.0%,超标率为2.8%,含量为0.021 mg/kg^2.3 mg/kg;镍检出率为98.6%,超标率为0.0%,含量为ND^1.3 mg/kg;铬检出率为100.0%,超标率为1.4%,含量为0.011 mg/kg^2.9 mg/kg。结论该方法精密度高,回收率好,可作为软体类海产品中铜、镉、镍、铬含量的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of copper,cadmium,nickel and chromium in soft seafood by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were digested with microwave,and detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using palladium nitrate-mixing ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as matrix modifier. Results The linearities of copper,cadmium,nickel and chromium were within 0 μg/L-40. 0 μg/L,0 μg/L-2. 0 μg/L,0 μg/L-40. 0 μg/L and 0 μg/L-20. 0 μg/L,with all the correlation coefficients greater than 0. 999. The detection limits of the method were 0. 217 μg/L,0. 022 μg/L,0. 187 μg/L and 0. 156 μg/L. The relative standard deviations were within 1. 28%-4. 32%,and the recoveries were within 98. 6%-105. 0%. Among the 71 soft seafood,the detection rates of copper was 95. 8%,exceeding standard rates was 4. 2%,and its content was within ND-65 mg/kg; the detection rates of cadmium was 100. 0%,exceeding standard rates was 2. 8%,and its content was within0. 021 mg/kg-2. 3 mg/kg; the detection rates of nickel was 98. 6%,exceeding standard rates was 0. 0%,and its content was within ND-1. 3 mg/kg; the detection rates of chromium was 100. 0%,exceeding standard rates was 1. 4%,and its content was within 0. 011 mg/kg-2. 9 mg/kg. Conclusion The method is precisive with good recovery,and it can be used for the determination of copper,cadmium,nickel,chromium in soft seafood.
