2012年-2016年秋冬季节哈尔滨地区儿童呼吸道病毒感染病原谱分析 被引量:6

Pathogen spectrum analysis of children respiratory tract virus infection in Autumn and Winter during 2012-2016

摘要 目的初步了解哈尔滨市秋冬季节儿童呼吸道病毒感染病原情况,探讨哈尔滨市儿童常见呼吸道病毒病原谱的构成。方法采用real-time PCR,对2012年-2016年每年10月-次年3月采集的900份儿童流感阴性样品进行呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、人偏肺病毒(h MPV)、副流感病毒3型(PIV-Ⅲ)、人呼吸道腺病毒(Ad V)、人博卡病毒(h Bo V)及鼻病毒(HRV)6种病毒的检测。结果被检测的900份咽拭子样本中,检出病毒感染阳性总数为196份,总阳性率为21.78%,其中各项单种病毒感染检出率由高到低依次为Ad V(6.66%)、PIV-Ⅲ(6.00%)、RSV(4.89%)、h MPV(4.11%)以及h Bo V(0.33%),其中HRV未检出。2种病毒混合感染阳性为5份,即1份PIV-Ⅲ与RSV混合感染,1份PIV-Ⅲ与h Bo V混合感染,3份RSV与Ad V混合感染。结论哈尔滨地区2012年-2016年秋冬季节,上述病毒总检出率低于南方地区;儿童感染呼吸道病毒每年10月、次年3月以Ad V为主;11月以PIV-Ⅲ为主;12月-次年1月以流感为主,2月呼吸道病毒感染呈多样性;总体阳性患儿无性别差异。 Objective To understand the preliminary situation of children respiratory virus infection pathogens in Harbin area during autumn and winter. To study the virus pathogenic spectrum of common respiratory disease of the children in Harbin.Methods 900 negative influenza samples collected from children during October 2012-March 2016 were conducted for the detection of respiratory adenovirus( RSV),h MPV,parainfluenza virus III( PIV-Ⅲ),Ad V,h Bo V and HRV by real-time PCR.Results 196 samples were identified as positive of all 900 tested samples,the total positive rate was 21. 78%. The positive rate of respiratory adenovirus was the highest( 6. 66%),followed by parainfluenza virus III( 6. 00%),respiratory syncytial virus( 4. 89%),human metapneumovirus( 4. 11%) and humanboca virus( 0. 33%),HRV was not detected. There were 5 infection cases involved two or more respiratory virus,including 1 case of PIV-Ⅲ and RSV mixed infection,1 case of PIV-Ⅲ and h Bo V mixed infection and 3 cases of RSV and Ad V mixed infection. Conclusion During autumn and winter from 2012 to2016,the overall positive rate of these virus was lower than the southern region. The major viral pathogen in March and next October was Ad V. In November,PIV-Ⅲ was major respiratory virus. From December to next January,influ was the most common respiratory virus. Respiratory virus infection was diverse in February. There was no gender difference among all the positive samples.
