中药灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效及中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal enema on clinical curative effect and neutrophils/lymphocyte ratio in patients with ulcerative colitis

目的探讨中药灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的临床疗效观察及外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)的影响。方法选取UC患者86例,随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例。对照组给予美沙拉嗪口服,每次1 g,每天3次,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药灌肠。比较2组患者30 d治疗前后的临床疗效和NLR的变化。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率和生存质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NLR较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药灌肠联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗UC有较好的疗效,NLR的监测对UC治疗效果的评价有一定的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal enema on the clinical efficacy and peripheral blood neutrophils versus lymphocyte ratio（ NLR） in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods 86 cases of ulcerative colitis（ UC） patients were selected and divided into the observation group（ 43 cases） and the control group（ 43 cases）. The control group was given mesalazine orally,with 1 g each time and 3 times a day,the observation group was given Chinese herbal enema on the basis of the control group. To compare the clinical efficacy and NLR of two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate and life quality score of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of NLR in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal enema combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis have a better effect,and the monitoring of NLR has certain reference value for the evaluation of UC treatment.
