前列地尔注射液对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者血液流变学及炎症因子的影响

The effect of Alprostadil Injection on hemorheology and inflammatory factors in patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease

目的探讨前列地尔注射液对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者血液流变学及炎症因子的影响。方法选取90例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例,2组均接受常规糖尿病基础治疗,观察组在此基础上联用前列地尔注射液,比较2组治疗前后血液流变学及炎症因子的改变。结果治疗前,2组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原比治疗前降低,且低于治疗后的对照组;观察组治疗后的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均比治疗前降低,且低于治疗后的对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者血液流变学及炎症因子均有明显改善作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Alprostadil Injection on hemorheology and inflammatory factors of the patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods 90 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated with conventional diabetes treatment,but the observation group used Alprostadil Injection at the same time. The changes of hemorheology and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance on the difference in whole blood high viscosity,low viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen,CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.After treatment,the observation group＇s blood viscosity,whole blood high cut and low viscosity shear,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen decreased significantly than that before treatment,and lower than that in the control group; After treatment,the observation group＇s CRP,IL-6,TNF-α were significantly lower than that before treatment,and lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Alprostadil Injection had a significant effect on improving the hemorheology and inflammatory factors of patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.
