三伏针与三伏贴对比治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床研究

Comparative Study of Sanfu Acupuncture and Sanfu Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察三伏针与三伏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将132例符合纳入标准的过敏性鼻炎患者随机分成3组,即三伏针组、三伏贴组和西药组。三伏针组主穴:鼻三针(印堂、迎香、上迎香),急性期留针20 min,间歇期留针40 min,三伏期间隔日1次,10次1个疗程,至当年末伏结束治疗。三伏贴组:用自制药丸敷贴穴位,主穴:大椎、肺俞(双侧)、膏肓(双侧)、至阳,敷贴时间:每年夏天之初伏、中伏、末伏的第1天上午各敷贴1次,为一疗程。西药组口服氯雷他定片,每日1片,连续4周为一疗程。观察患者治疗1个疗程后的临床症状、体征及实验室监测指标,跟踪患者6个月后的临床症状及体征,比较三伏针组及三伏贴组治疗方案的疗效。结果:1个疗程结束后,三伏针组与西药组的疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),且均优于三伏贴组(P<0.05),6个月随访时,三伏针组的疗效与三伏贴组无明显差异(P>0.05),且均优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:三伏针治疗过敏性鼻炎的短期疗效优于三伏贴,三伏针和三伏贴的远期疗效相当。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Sanfu Acupoint Application and Sanfu Acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： 132 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups,Sanfu acupuncture group（ group A）,Sanfu acupoint application group（ group B）,and western medication group（ group C）. The points used in group A were EX-HN3,LI20,and EX-HN8; the needling was once every other day for ten sessions during Sanfu（ three hottest ten-day） periods,and the needling retention was 20 mins for acute period and 40 mins for intermission. Group B was treated with self-made application on GV14,BL13（ both sides）,BL43（ both sides）,and GV9; the application time was on the morning of1 st,10 th,20 th day of Sanfu. Group C were given Loratadine tablets,1 tablet a day for 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms,physical signs,and laboratory monitoring indexes were observed after one course of treatment,and the clinical symptoms and signs of patients were followed up after six months; on which basis,the clinical efficacy was compared between the groups. Results： After one course of treatment,there was no significant difference in efficacy between group A and group C（ P〈0. 05）,which were both superior to group B（ P〈0. 05）.After six-month follow-up,there was no significant difference between group A and group B（ P〈0. 05）,and they were both superior to group C（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The short-term curative effect of Sanfu acupuncture is better than that of Sanfu acupoint application in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and their long-term effect was similar.
