庄礼兴教授“调神针法”治疗小儿单症状性夜遗尿临床经验

Clinical Experience of Professor ZHUANG in the Treatment of Monosymptomatic Nocturnal Enuresis with “Acupuncture Manipulation of Regulating Spirit”

庄礼兴教授治疗小儿单症状性夜遗尿注重经络辨证与脏腑辨证,认为病位在肾与膀胱,与心、脑功能失于协调有关。调神针法是庄礼兴教授在继承"靳三针"疗法治神思想的基础上进一步发展建立的科学有效的针灸取穴和操作方法,取头部督脉为主的腧穴作用在脑以调神,通过辨证取穴调节气血、内脏功能,配合补泻手法,以改善排尿功能,故起到满意的治疗效果。

Professor ZHUANG Li-xing focuses on the syndrome differentiation of meridian and collateral,and syndrome differentiation of Zangfu in the treatment of monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis（ MNE）. He believes that MNE is mainly localized in Kidney and Bladder,it also has the relation with the coordination of Heart and Brain. ＂Acupuncture manipulation of regulating spirit＂is summarized and developed by professor ZHUANG on the basis of JIN＇s Three-Needle therapy. Points from Du channel on head are used to regulate spirit,other points are chosen according to syndrome differentiation for regulating Qi and blood,balancing the function of internal organs. Reinforcing and reducing manipulations are applied to improve the urinary function,which has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects.
