传媒与社区发展的跨文化视角探索——基于传播基础结构的中澳韩国社区比较研究

Media and Community Development from Intercultural Communication Perspective——A Comparative Study of the Korea Communities in China and Australia on the Theory of Communication Infrastructure

通过对社区、移民、媒体这三个正影响当前中国社会现实、并将影响中国未来发展的重要因素的研究,以中澳两国的韩国人社区为重点研究对象,基于跨文化研究和传播基础结构理论,探讨媒体/媒介在社区发展中的作用与价值。研究者关注到信息传播技术(Information and Communication Technologies,缩写为ICTs)和新媒体对社区和社会的重构,以及现代社会转型、人员国际流动对移民接受国的影响,指出进行"社区跨文化传播"(Community Intercultural Communication,缩写为CIC)研究的重要价值。

This study focuses on the inter-relationship of community,immigration and media,which are three important factors influencing the current social reality of China and future development of the country. Taking the Korean communities in both China and Australia as the research samples,this study explores the role and value of media in the community development based on intercultural communication studies and the theory of communication infrastructure. Researchers are aware of the reconstruction of the community and society brought about by Information and Communication Technologies（ ICTs） and new media,as well as the transformation of modern society,international mobility of personnel and their impact on the recipient countries of immigrants. This study also notes the importance of conducting the ＂Community Intercultural Communication＂（ CIC） research in China and worldwide.
