《淮南鸿烈》“外物反情”之可能

摘要 《淮南鸿烈》在继承原始道家以"道"为本的基础上,更加注重"道"的现实应用。"道"的现实性不仅体现在生养万物上,更体现在人事中,"道"落实于人身成就的人性则是把握人事的关键,就"道"和"性"本身来说还是比较抽象的,因此,需要通过"性"在应接事物中产生的"情"这一更为具体的概念来把握人事。"情"在《淮南鸿烈》中不仅是统治者在个体修养和治国理政方面的重要切入,更是贯穿于整个历史发展的过程。"情"由真挚到伪诈的变革不仅是个体生命本真状态的沉沦,更预示了人类历史的倒退性发展。而这个过程并非不可逆转,《淮南鸿烈》首推"道"的目的就在于为个体生命的澄明和社会发展的和谐寻求理想归宿,而这一"复归于朴"是通过"外物反情"实现的。 Huainan Honglie inherits the "Dao"(the way) by primitive Daoist and pays much more attention to the application of "Dao"(the way).The reality of "the way" not only reflects bearing things but also affecting human affairs. "Xing"(nature) is the specific performance of "Dao"(the way).However, "Dao"(the way) and "Xing"(nature)are still relatively abstract concepts.It is essential to declare "Qing"(disposition) which is the result of "Xing"(nature) responding to external things."Qing"(disposition) not only plays a fundamental role in individual cultivation and governing a country for a governor but running through the whole history development.The variation of sincere to cunning state of "Qing"(disposition) to some extent explains the degradation of individual life and decay of history development.Huainan Honglie does not stop here, instead, it praises highly of "Dao"(the way) for the purpose of enhancing individual level and promoting social development.The realization of this goal is achieved by externalizing things returning to genuine dispositions.
