我国法律硕士培养模式中的“特色”研究

当下国内部分院校在法律硕士的培养模式中侧重对特色的强调,以凸显自己的竞争优势。但关于特色的定位、表达以及特色的确立对法律硕士体系的作用和功能认识并不明晰,在一定程度上,特色存在较严重的同质化危机。如何发挥特色的价值为法律硕士的培养提供智力支持,需要院校立足自身,发掘内部优势,而非仅附庸于政策带来的红利;需要院校认识到人才的培养是系统、长期的工程,摒弃功利、短视的路径择取;需要院校不断提升特色的层次,向优质特色转向。

Nowadays the emphasis on the unique feature in the domestic universities＇ JM cultivation modes reflects their competitive advantages prominently.But there are blurring recognition about the position, expression and effects of JM features.To some extent, there exist more serious homogenization crises.How to perform features＇ functions to provide intellectual support calls for universities to be based on themselves and explore the internal advantages rather than only depending on policy bonus.It also calls for universities to realize that the talent cultivation is a systematic and long-period project instead of choosing utilitarian and shortsighted trajectory, and enhance the feature level constantly.
