摘要
采用四硼酸锂、偏硼酸锂高纯试剂为熔剂,添加Co2O3作为测定TFe的内标物质,添加饱和硝酸钾溶液,在低温下预氧化5min,然后升温至1000℃熔融6min制作成玻璃片,消除矿物和粒度效应的干扰。选择Fe的KB线为分析线,选择Co的K仪线为TFe的内标线绘制分析曲线,消除Fe元素干扰,建立铁矿石TFe、CaO、SiO2Mn、P、Al2O3、MgO、S主次量元素分析曲线,分析结果的精密度和准确度可与化学法媲美。
The lithium tetraborate-lithium metaborate mixture(m:m=l:l) was used as flux, Co2O3 was added as the internal standard substance for the determination of TFe, adding saturated potassium nitrate solution, pre oxidation at low temperature for 5 minutes, and then heated to 1 000 ℃ for 6 minutes made into molten glass, interference with the elimination of mineral and grain size effects. Select the K β line of Fe as the analysis line, select the K α line of Co as the internal standard line drawing of TFe curve analysis, eliminate elements of Fe interference, establishment of iron ore TFe, CaO, SiO2, Mn, P, A1203, MgO, S, major and minor elements analysis curve, analysis precision and accuracy of results and beautiful chemical method.
