核电设备维护保障费用影响要素相关分析方法

摘要 核电站设备组成复杂、技术含量及安全性要求高,日常维护保障费用需求高.核电站维护保障费用预算不足会造成设备失修,而太高则会造成资金浪费,不符合现代财务精细化管理的要求.本文基于1至4代核电设备的技术构成,对电功率、热功率、反应堆运行压力、运行温度、环路数等8项主要技术指标进行了原理分析,客观分析了其对维护保障费用的影响.因偏最小二乘法在处理样本容量小、自变量多、变量间存在众多多重共线性问题方面具有独特的优势,以核电设备主要技术指标作为影响因子,提出了基于偏最小二乘法的核电设备维护保障费用相关影响分析方法,为核电设备维护保障费用的参数法估算模型建立提供了影响要素的科学选取方法. Because of the complex composition high technical content and safety requirements of nuclear power equipment,the needs of daily maintenance cost were high.If the budget was shortfall,the equipment would be felled into disrepair,otherwise if the budget was too much,there would be a waste of money,and this didn't meet the requirements of the modern financial fine management.Based on technical composition of the first to fourth generation nuclear power equipment,8 main technical specifications such as electric power,thermal power,reactor operation pressure,running temperature and Loop number were analyzed in this article,and its objective analysis of main technical specifications which affected the cost of maintenance support were done.Since partial least squares(PLS)have unique advantages in dealing with small sample sizes,more independent variables and multi collinearityamongvariables,take main technical indexes of nuclear power equipment as influencing factors,thecorrelation analysis method sofinfluencing factors fornuclearpower equipment maintenance support cost were proposed based on PLS,and the scientific selection methods of influencing factors of parametric estimation model establishment were given for nuclear power equipment maintenance support cost.
