摘要
在进行实际生产的时候,常会碰到一系列类型不同且需要加工的钛合金薄壁零件,由于其结构紧凑、质量较轻、结构小、材料省,所以在各行业得到有效运用。提高钛合金薄壁零件的加工精度,确保其质量要求,是当下急需要处理的问题。本文对钛合金薄壁零件的数控车削加工工艺进行了详细地分析与探究。
When the actual production, often encounter a series of titanium alloy thin-walled parts and different types of processing, because of its compact structure, lightweight, small structure, material saving, so the effective use in various industries. It is an urgent problem to improve the processing accuracy of titanium alloy thin-wall parts and to ensure their quality requirements. In this paper, the NC turning technology of titanium alloy thin wall parts is analyzed and explored in detail.
