摘要
本文重点介绍了C.I.酸性黑172清洁生产工艺,6-硝基-1,2,4-酸氧体与乙萘酚偶合得到偶合物,偶合物与醋酸铬络合,得到1∶2对称金属络合染料。通过调整组分的配比,确定了染料合成的最佳配比和关键细节的控制。符合车间控制宽容度要求,提高产品收率和质量,实现清洁生产。
A clean synthetic process of C. I. Acid Black 172 was described. An azo compound was synthesized from 6-nitro-1,2,4-diazo acid and 2-naphthol by coupling reaction,and a symmetric 1 ∶ 2 metal complex dye was obtained from the azo compound and chromic acetate by complexation. By adjusting the ratio of the reactants,an optimum ratios and the key control detail of the synthesis were confirmed. The process met the tolerance requirement of plant,improved the quality and yield of product,and realized a clean production.
