3-硝基-4-甲基苯甲酰胺的合成研究

摘要 以对甲基苯甲酸为原料,经酰氯化、酰胺化和硝化反应制备了3-硝基-4-甲基苯甲酰胺。反应在二氯乙烷溶剂中进行,操作过程中不需要对中间产物进行分离,一浴法得到产品。对反应各步骤中原料配比和温度的影响进行了研究,得到最佳工艺条件,产品总收率94%,含量大于98%。 4-Methyl-3-nitrobenzamide was prepared from 4-methylbenzoic acid via chloroformylation,amidation,and nitration. The reaction was carried out in dichloroethane without the separation of intermediate products,and could be finished in one bath. The effects of raw material ratio and temperature on the reaction were studied,and the optimum conditions were obtained. The total yield was 94%,and the content was more than 98%.
