摘要
为改善传统牛仔织物弹性和保形性相矛盾的问题,经纱采用常用的58.3tex环锭纺棉纱与58.3tex竹节纱,而纬纱选用赛络纺棉双丝弹力包芯纱,织制6种织物,测试了织物的力学性能和保形性。分析纬密对棉双丝弹力包芯纱牛仔织物的纬向拉伸性能、定伸长弹性回复率、折皱回复性、刚柔性的影响。结果表明:织物的纬密与织物的断裂强度和弹性回复率呈较好的正相关,而织物纬向的断裂伸长率随着纬密的增加整体呈下降的趋势;织物的折皱回复性随着织物纬密的增加呈先上升后下降的趋势,织物纬密与织物纬向的抗弯刚度呈较好的正相关。综合考虑,当织物纬密为189根/10cm时,织物的弹性回复率和折皱回复性能较好。
In order to improve the elasticity and sharp retention property of traditional denim fabrics,6 kinds of stretch denim fabrics were designed and woven with 58.3 tex ring spun cotton yarn and 58.3 tex slub yarn as warp yarn while siro spinning cotton dual-core elastic core-spun as weft yarn,and measured the mechanical performance and the shape retention property of the woven fabrics afterwards.This paper discussed the effect of weft density on the latitudinal tensile properties,elongation elasticity,wrinkle resilience,softness of the denim fabrics separately.In conclusion,with the increasing of the weft density,weft breaking strength,elastic recovery rate and softness of the fabrics increase while the elongation at break of the fabrics declines.Moreover,weft wrinkle resilience of the fabrics increases and later decreases.By considering each kind of situation,when weft density of the fabric is 189 roots per 10 cm,the weft elastic recovery rate and wrinkle resilience of the fabric is the best.
