薄型涂层织物低温耐折性能测试方法的研究 被引量:3

摘要 耐折性能是检测涂层织物质量的重要标准之一。本研究主要探究以聚氨酯为涂膜材料的涂层面料,在不同的低温环境中的耐折性能。通过模拟服装实际穿着折叠情况,观察和分析面料涂层发生龟裂或脆裂的不同情况,改进现有低温耐折测试方法,制定出更具有指导意义的薄型涂层织物低温耐折性能测试方法。研究发现,低温折叠-常温静置模拟研究更符合服装实际穿着情况,对薄型涂层织物更具伤害性,因此判断薄型涂层织物低温耐折性能时,建议采用低温折叠-常温静置的实验条件进行测试。 The performance of twisting and bending resistance is one of the important quality factors of coated fabrics.The twisting and bending resistance performance of thin coated fabrics with polyurethane as the coating material in different low temperature environment was explored in this paper.Through simulating the actual situation of twisting and bending in the wearing process,its crack or brittle fracture of fabric coating was observed and analyzed.The existing low temperature twisting and bending testing method was improved to develop the testing method with more guiding significance for low temperature twisting and bending resistance performance.Results show that low temperature twisting and bending-room temperature static simulation more conforms to actual wearing situation and is more harmful to thin coated fabrics.Therefore,the test should be done under low temperature twisting and bending-room temperature static conditions to judge the performance of low temperature twisting and bending resistance of thin coated fabrics.
