摘要
介绍了几种常见的纳米纤维制备方法,并对他们进行了比较分析。提出一种改进型离心转子制备纳米纤维装置,该装置具有可连续供料、收集距离可调、可适应纺丝盘或针筒等特点。分析了离心转子法制备纳米纤维的工作原理,并对纳米纤维制备过程中喷丝头处的聚合物射流进行运动分析。运用三维设计平台SolidWorks进行了离心转子纳米纤维制备装置的三维设计、装配与仿真,以及所有零件加工图的绘制,进行了装置的试制与装配调试,构建了基本的实验平台,并进行了初步纳米纺丝实验。
Several kinds of common nanofiber preparation methods were introduced and compared in this paper.An improved nanofiber fabrication device based on centrifugal rotor was proposed.The device has a lot of characteristics,such as continuous feeding,adjustable distance of collection,and it can adapt to both spinning plate and syringes.The working principle of nanofiber preparation with the centrifugal rotor was analyzed,and the movement of polymer fluid at the spinning nozzle was analyzed in the process of fabricating nanofibers.Three-dimensional design,assembly and simulation of the centrifugal rotor nanofiber preparation device were carried out and the machining drawings of all parts were completed with 3 Ddesign platform SolidWorks.Meanwhile,the device was manufactured,assembled and adjusted.The basic experimental platform was constructed and the preliminary nanofiber preparation experiment was done.
