基于CNKI的国内管理学研究热点的可视化探析

Visualized Analysis of Management Hotspots in China Based on CNKI

以2000-2016年每年被引频次为前10%的CNKI期刊数据库"管理学"类目下的文献作为研究对象,利用CitespaceⅢ对我国管理学2000年之后的研究热点进行可视化,生成关键词共现聚类图和强突现关键词列表,得出以下结论:2000年后,我国管理学先后历经了管理学理论探索、后现代管理学及管理学教学、中国特色管理学研究及人才培养等三个阶段;2000-2008年期间,国内管理学比较关注组织管理、团队绩效等领域的研究;2006年后,比较注重知识转移与共享、教学方法及模式、组织绩效及认同等研究.

Taking the top 10% most annually cited literature from 2000 to 2016 under the category of＂Management＂in CNKI journal database as the object,the research hotspots of management in China after 2000 is visualized by CitespaceⅢand the cluster map of co-occurrence keywords and the strongest burst keywords＇ list are worked out.Based on the above information,it is concluded that management science in China after 2000 has gone through three stages which are the theoretical exploration,the post-modern management science and management teaching,and the study on management of Chinese characteristics and talent cultivation in succession;during 2000 to 2008,more attention were attached to organizational management,team performance and other fields;after 2006,the attention was focused on knowledge transfer and sharing,teaching methods and models,organizational performance and identity and so on.
