应用重叠网格方法的单点系泊FPSO数值模拟

摘要 浮式生产储油装置系统在深海油气的开发与存储中有着重要应用.其中,FPSO的风标效应以及多浮体旁靠成为值得研究的内容.为了更好地研究FPSO的风标效应及旁靠问题,文中将锚链系统写入了重叠网格模块中.利用基于开源平台Open FOAM开发的具有重叠网格模块的船舶与海洋工程水动力CFD求解器——naoe-FOAM-SJTU,对带有锚链的单点系泊FPSO的运动响应进行模拟和分析,以验证锚链系统在重叠网格模块中的可靠性.文中对只放开一个自由度的带锚链的FPSO进行垂荡衰减运动模拟,并与模型试验进行对比,以验证数值模拟的可行性和可靠性.计算分析的结果验证了利用CFD技术和重叠网格方法对带有锚链的FPSO运动的有效性,同时分析了锚链受力情况. The Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO) system plays an important role in the exploration and storage of oil and gas in deep water. The study of phenomena of weathervane and side-by-side of FPSO has become popular these years. In order to investigate the phenomena of weathervane and side-by-side,we applied mooring system into overset module. The numerical study of FPSO coupled with mooring system is performed by our in-house RANS solver,naoe-FOAM-SJTU,which is developed based on the open source tool libraries of OpenFOAM. The aim of numerical simulation is to prove the reliablity of our current method. The free decay test of heave motion is simulated,and the result was compared with those in experiments. The results agreed well with those in experiments,thus the numerical studies are reliable. The analyze of the FPSO motion and forces of the mooring system are shown and they validate the calculation of the mooring system in overset grids.
