This article describes the application and detection of rare earth elements,points out that the fluorescent sensor has advantages as high sensitivity,good selectivity and simple device,etc.It also introduces the characteristics and principles of three kinds of fluorescent sensors,analyzes the development direction of fluorescent sensors in the detection of rare earth.
