新版《食品检验工作规范》亮点解读

摘要 根据《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第八十四条"食品检验机构的资质认定条件和检验规范,由国务院食品药品监督管理部门规定"的要求,食品药品监管总局组织制定了《食品检验工作规范》,《食品检验工作规范》将作为对食品检验机构和检验人进行管理的规范。本文对《食品检验工作规范》的起草背景、目的以及特点等方面进行了详细阐述,并对检验机构的法律责任、适用范围、监督责任、社会责任以及检验信息完整可追溯等方面明确提出相关要求。 According to the requirement of The People's Republic of China Food Safety Law eighty-fourth article,the qualification and inspection standards for food inspection institutions must be formulated by the Food and Drug Administration department under the food inspection agency of the State Council,the Food and Drug Administration organized and developed the Food Inspection Specification,and it will be used as a standard for the management of food inspection institutions and inspectors.This paper described the background,purpose and characteristics of the Food Inspection Specification in detail,and made the clear relevant requirements of the legal liability,the scope of application,the responsibility of supervision,the social responsibility and the integrity of the inspection information.
