摘要
Hippo-YAP/TAZ信号通路是一个进化上高度保守的信号通路,该通路已经被证实在机体器官体积控制、干细胞功能、组织再生以及肿瘤发生等方面发挥重要作用。近年的研究结果表明,Hippo-YAP/TAZ信号通路与原发性肝癌的发生、发展密切相关,抑制该通路的活性有可能是治疗肝癌的新方法。该文着重就Hippo-YAP/TAZ信号通路在原发性肝癌中的研究进展做一综述。
The Hippo-YAP/TAZ signaling pathway is an evolutionarily conserved pathway, which has been confirmed to play an important role in organ volume control, stem cell ftmction, tissue regeneration, and tumorigenesis. Recent research findings show that the Hippo-YAP/TAZ signaling pathway is closely associated with the development and progression of primary liver cancer, and inhibition of the activity of this pathway may be a new method for the treatment of liver cancer. This article reviews the research advances in the role of the Hippo-YAP/TAZ signaling pathway in primary liver cancer.
