从表面活性剂/甲醇/水复合体系中结晶纯化工业苊

Purification of Crude Acenaphthene by Crystallization from the System of Methanol/Water/Surfactant

摘要 选择甲醇/水为混合溶剂,将原料、溶剂及表面活性剂混合搅拌加热形成复合体系,冷却至室温结晶。苊结晶析出,杂质则留在体系中,经过滤达到纯化分离的目的。对纯化过程的影响因素表面活性剂,混合溶剂及比例,搅拌结晶时间及搅拌速率进行了研究。实验结果表明,阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵具有较好的纯化效果。在最佳条件下,获得苊的纯度大于99%,收率在93%以上。 Crude acenaphthene, solvent and the surfactant were mixed with stirring and heating to form a mixture, then was cooled to room temperature. Acenaphthenes were crystallized and precipitated, then filtered out, while impurities remained in the system. methanol and water were selected as binary solvent, dodecyldimethyl benzylammonium chloride(DBC) was screened out as surfactant. The enfluencing factors such as surfactant, mixed solvent and ratio, time and stirring were investigated. The results show that the cationic surfactant dodecyldimethyl benzylammonium chloride had good purification effect. Acenaphthene was purified from crude product in a purity above 99% and a yield up to 92% on the optimal condition.
