摘要
通过杭州市相关部门提供的西溪河及余杭塘河的过去三年水质数据并结合实地考察,得到以下结果:(1)两条河的部分河段的两岸绿化良好,但存在排污管且周边环境有散在的废弃物;(2)从水质数据分析看,三年里,西溪河水质基本属于Ⅲ类或Ⅳ类,而余杭塘河水质从劣Ⅴ类改善到Ⅳ类,基本跳出了黑、臭、垃圾河的范畴,但离Ⅲ类水以上,可游泳的目标还有一定的差距。故政府在河道治理上,需秉持标本兼治、控制源头,不断改进治理措施,积极引导市民参与河道监管,提高河道管理效率。
Through the past-three-years' water quality data of Xixi River and Yuhangtang River which provided by the authorities concerned in Hangzhou, we combined with our field trip and finally get the following results:(1) Parts of the two rivers' greening was well, but there still existed sewage pipes and scattered waste;(2) From the analysis of water quality data, Xixi River's water quality had mainly belonged to class III or IV in the past three years, while Yuhangtang River's water quality had improved from inferior class V to class IV. They have gotten rid of the name which was called dirty, smelly or river full of rubbish,but they still have certain differences between the goal of above class III water and allowing – people-to-swim. Therefore, in the process of river regulation, the government should uphold the attitude of seeking both temporary and permanent solutions to the problems, and control the sources while improving measures.What's more, they'd better actively guide the public to participate in river regulation to improve the efficiency of river management.
