论侗族村民遵守乡规民约的机理——以从江县占里村为例

On the Mechanism of Villagers of Dong Nationality Complying with Village Regulation and Agreement——A Case Study of Zhanli Village of Congjiang County

贵州省从江县占里村是一个传统侗族村落,拥有浓厚的侗族文化与优良传统。村民安居乐业,村寨安祥和谐,夜不闭户,路不拾遗,创下了自建国以来"治安案件为零"的记录。占里村村民在日常生活中无论是面对老侗六款的规范,还是现行乡规民约的约束,村寨居民男女老幼皆自行遵其规守其约。并形成代代承继的优良传统,进而建构成具有内在推力的文化引力。

Zhanli village of Congjiang County in Guizhou province is a traditional village of Dong nationality with profound Dong culture and excellent tradition.In this village,the people live and work in peace and contentment;therefore,the people don＇t even close their doors and no one picks up and pockets anything lost on the road,which creates a national record since the founding of New China-no public security case.All people in this village are willing to comply with the norms no matter whether they are the inherited principles of Dong nationality or the restrain of modern village regulation and agreement.Therefore,the excellent tradition is inherited from generation to generation and the internal cultural impetus is constructed.
