Gary Snyder is one of the most famous eco-poet, he loved nature and wilderness from the very young age, and then devel-oped into the ecological philosophy. At the same time, he was influenced by the Chinese culture and Zen Buddhism, and went to Japan to leam it. The Japanese experience made him get deeper acknowledge on Asian philosophy and culture. These all works on his poetry creation. He integrated his understanding about Chinese culture and Zen Buddhism into poems, which made unique artistic features of Gary Snyder＇s poetry.
