The constructivism theory as the most influential modem pedagogy system has had a profound impact on teaching. From the constructivist knowledge view, learning view and teaching view, this paper points out its guidance to the grammar teaching method and teaching content. Then writer analyses the application of constructivism in the teaching of grammar study, emphasizes on the significance of language construction, cooperative learning, situational teaching, scaffolding instructions, random access instruction and so on. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and revelations about grammar teaching.
