摘要
西北地区少数民族大学生的就业问题牵动着政府、社会、学校、家庭以及众多研究者的注意力。教育投资作为人力资本中提高劳动者素质的长期持续性投入,对受教育者未来的劳动就业产生着显著影响。深入分析学校对少数民族大学生的教育投入、少数民族大学生对学校专业设置的满意度、针对双语教育的投入以及家庭对少数民族大学生的教育投入等情况表明:需要对民族地区少数民族大学生给予政策倾斜支持;将民族院校的专业设置与学生的就业预期进行更好的衔接;进一步加大基础(义务)教育阶段的双语师资力量,努力提升少数民族大学生的汉语使用能力;同时还应着力提升少数民族家庭对高等教育的重视程度,增强对双语教育的认可程度和参与程度。
Employment of ethnic minority college students in northwest China has received much concern from the government, the society, schools, families as well as many researchers. As a long- term sustainable investment in improving the quality of laborers in human capital, educational investment has a significant impact on the employment of the students in the future. The in - depth analysis of the school's educational investment in ethnic minority college students, their satisfaction of the programs, the bilingual education investment, and the family education investment reveals that it is necessary to give some preferential policies for ethnic minority students, offer employment- oriented programs, train more qualified bilingual teachers, enhances the Chinese proficiency of ethnic minority college students, and encourage their families to pay more attention to higher education and welcome bilingual education with more participation.
