摘要
目的 探讨GCNT3在卵巢恶性肿瘤中表达的临床意义.方法 利用包含3431例卵巢恶性肿瘤的转录微阵列数据库-CSIOVDB,分析GCNT3在卵巢恶性肿瘤的表达及与病理参数的相关性.利用KM plot-ter分析GCNT3的表达量与卵巢恶性肿瘤临床预后的关系.结果 在Ⅰ期,Ⅱ期,Ⅲ期卵巢恶性肿瘤中,分期越高,GCNT3的表达量越低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.001);Ⅳ期卵巢恶性肿瘤中GCNT3的表达量与Ⅲ期的表达量差异不明显,无明显统计学意义(P〉0.05).卵巢恶性肿瘤的病理性分级越高,GCNT3的表达量越低,有统计学意义(P〈0.05).Spearsman相关分析显示,GCNT3的表达量与卵巢恶性肿瘤的EMT得分成负相关(相关系数Rho=-0.279324,P〈0.001).对化疗药物耐药的病例中GCNT3的表达量明细降低(P〈0.001).预后相关性分析显示GCNT3的低表达与卵巢恶性肿瘤的总生存率差(HR=0.78,P〈0.001)和无复发生存率差相关(HR=0.74,P〈0.001).结论 GCNT3在卵巢恶性肿瘤中的表达与分期、 分级、EMT及患者预后相关.
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of GCNT3 expression in ovarian malignant tumors. Methods The correlation of GCNT3 expression with pathological parameters in o-varian malignant tumors were identified by a transcriptional microarray database-CSIOVDB which contains information of 3431 ovarian malignant tumors. The relationship between the expression of GCNT3 and the clinical prognosis of ovarian malignant tumors was analyzed by KM plotter. Results In stageⅠ, Ⅱ, stage Ⅲ ovarian malignancies, the higher the staging and the lower the expres-sion of GCNT3 , with the statistically significant differences noted ( P〈0. 001 ) . There was no sig-nificant difference in the expression of GCNT3 between stage IV and stage Ⅲ ovarian malignancy (P〉 0. 05) . Further, the higher the pathological grade of ovarian malignancy, the lower the ex-pression of GCNT3 , which was statistically significant ( P〈0. 05 ) . Spearsman correlation analysis showed that the expression level of GCNT3 was negatively correlated with the EMT score of ovarian malignancy ( correlation coefficient Rho =-0. 279324 , P 〈0. 001 ) . The correlation analysis of prognosis showed that the low expression of GCNT3 was correlated with the poor overall survival rate of ovarian malignancy ( HR= 0. 78 , P〈0. 001 ) and the poor relapse-free survival rate ( HR=0. 74 , P〈0. 001 ) . Conclusion The expression of GCNT3 in ovarian malignancy was correlated with staging, grading, EMT and prognosis.
