摘要
1,4,5-三磷酸肌醇(IP3)受体是细胞内一种主要的钙离子释放通道.IP3受体主要可分为3种亚型,不同亚型分布在不同的组织,同时具有不同的生理功能.IP3受体是一种有6个跨膜片段构成的四聚体钙离子通道.IP3受体通过调节钙离子的释放,影响细胞内的钙离子信号而发挥作用.IP3受体与肿瘤的发展、 心血管疾病、 神经退行性疾病等都有很大关系.因此,IP3受体的研究不仅对基础生命研究有重要的意义,对临床疾病的预防、 治疗与诊断也有很大的指导意义.文章综述了IP3受体的分子结构功能及与IP3受体有关的疾病,揭示IP3受体从结构到功能的特性.
The inositol-1 , 4 , 5-trisphosphate ( IP3 ) receptor is one of the major calcium-re-lease channels in cells. IP receptors are mainly divided into three subtypes. Different subtypes are distributed in different tissues and have different physiological functions. The IP3 receptor is a tet-ramer calcium channel with 6 transmembrane segments. IP3 receptors play an important role in intra-cellular calcium signaling by modulating the release of calcium ions. IP3 receptor is closely related to tumor development, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and so on. Therefore, the study of IP3 receptors not only has important significance for basic life research, but also has great guiding significance for the prevention, treatment and diagnosis of clinical diseases. The molecular structure, function, and disease associated of the IP3 receptor will be reviewed in this article, and the structural and functional properties of the IP3 will be revealed.
