2017年上半年中国牛羊业稳步发展,牛羊肉进口量均增加。受消费转弱影响,牛羊肉价格呈现先涨后跌态势。受牛羊肉供求关系及国内外市场影响,预计下半年国内牛肉价格以稳为主,羊肉价格波动调整。全球牛肉产量增加,贸易缓慢增长;羊肉产量稳中略增,贸易量继续减少。

In the first half of 2017,cattle and sheep industry in China grew steadily and imports of beef and mutton have increased.Affected by the weak consumption,the prices of beef and mutton have gone up first and then gone down.Domestic beef price is expected to stabilize mainly and mutton price will adjust in the second half of the year,due to supply and demand situation of beef and mutton and the influence of domestic and foreign markets.Global beef production will increase,trade will grow slowly,mutton production will slightly increase and the volume of mutton trade will continue decreasing.
