河南省粮食综合生产能力提升探析——以固始县为例

Promoting Comprehensive Production Capacity of Grain in Henan Province——Taking Gushi County as an Example

河南省是中国重要的粮食主产区之一,固始县是河南省的产粮大县,对河南省粮食生产的贡献较为突出。基于对河南省固始县的实地调研,了解了当地农业生产、粮食补贴、土地流转、农机购置补贴、农民增收等情况,总结了固始县提升粮食综合生产能力的主要措施和成效,并指出了提升粮食综合生产能力所面临的瓶颈,最后,结合固始县的经验,提出了促进河南省产粮大县粮食综合生产能力提升的相关思路。

Henan province is one of the major grain producing areas in China,Gushi county is one of the major grain producing counties of Henan province,and has made outstanding contributions to grain production of Henan province.Based on the field investigation in Gushi county of Henan province,some situations were gotten such as local agricultural production,grain subsidies,land circulation,subsidies for agricultural machinery purchase and farmers＇ income increase.In enhancing the comprehensive production capacity of grain,the main measures and achievements of Gushi county were summarized and the bottleneck was pointed out.Finally,combining with experience of Gushi county,the authors put forward relevant ideas for promoting the comprehensive production capacity of grain in major grain producing counties of Henan province.
