中国工厂化海水养殖业现状、问题及发展思路

Status Quo,Problems and Developmental Idea of Industrialized Mariculture Industry in China

进入21世纪以来,粗放型海水养殖的问题日益凸显,引起了人们的广泛关注。工厂化海水养殖作为集约化养殖方式的重要组成部分,具有资源节约、环境保护和产品安全等特点,是未来中国海水养殖的重要发展方向之一。分析了中国工厂化海水养殖业发展的现状及存在的问题,提出了新形势下中国工厂化海水养殖的发展思路:加快转变养殖模式,不断进行结构优化升级;培育引进新品种,增强品牌化意识;发挥龙头企业带动作用,促进产学研相结合;大力发展循环水养殖模式,保护水资源。

Since twenty-first century,the problems of extensive mariculture has become increasingly prominent,which has received much attention.As an important component of intensive farming,industrialized mariculture has the characteristics of resource saving,environmental protection and product safety,so it is one of the important development directions of China＇s mariculture in the future.Based on the analysis of developmental status quo and existing problems of China＇s industrialized mariculture,the authors put forward some ideas of developing China＇s industrialized mariculture under the new situation,such as speeding up the transformation of culturing mode,continuously optimizing and upgrading structure;fostering and introducing new varieties,enhancing brand awareness;playing the leading role of leading enterprises,promoting the combination of production,university and research;vigorously developing the mode of circulating water aquaculture,protecting the water resources.
