中药辅助良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位治疗效果的观察

Repositioning maneuvers plus TCM for treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的观察良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位治疗辅以中药治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年1~7月在北京中医医院耳鼻咽喉科治疗的52例BPPV患者,随机分为观察组(26例)和对照组(26例)。两组患者均采用前庭功能诊疗系统进行复位治疗,同时观察组辅以中医辨证治疗,对照组则辅以西药治疗,比较两组患者治疗后1周和1个月时的有效率。结果治疗后1周,两组病例的有效率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.340,P>0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组有效率则明显高于对照组(χ~2=4.127,P<0.05)。结论良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位治疗辅以中药治疗可有效提高其临床治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of repositioning maneuvers plus TCM for treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo（BPPV）.Methods From January to July 2017,52 patients with BPPV were randomly divided into observation group（n=26） and control group（n=26）.All patients in two groups underwent repositioning maneuver with the BPPV diagnosis and therapy system,meanwhile patients in observation group received TCM treatment and patients in control group were given western medicine.The short-term and long-term efficacies of treatments for patients in two groups were evaluated.Results There were no significant statistically difference in short-term efficacy between the two groups（χ~2=0.340,P〈0.05） whereas the long-term efficacy in observation group was significant better than that in control group（χ~2=4.127,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of BPPV by repositioning maneuvers plus TCM can effectively improve the treatment outcomes of patients with BPPV.
