“一带一路”建设火电投资的环境保护问题研究

Study on Thermal Power Environmental Protection Investment on the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"倡议伴随着国际产能合作和中资企业"走出去",对发展中国家的火电投资建设已成为我国境外投资的最主要产业之一。外媒对中国境外火电投资企业的负面报道存在一定的片面性和目的性,为我国"一带一路"建设敲响了防范生态环境风险的警钟。本文论述了中国火电技术的优势和境外投资环境保护领域存在的不足,提出"一带一路"需加强火电等行业对外投资环境保护的政策建议。

International cooperation in production capacity and Chinese enterprises to＂go abroad＂accompanied with the＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative, The construction of thermal power investment in developing countries has become one of the most important industries of foreign investment in China. The negative reports of foreign media on China＇s offshore thermal investment enterprises are one-sided and purposeful,which has sounded the alarm to guard against ecological environmental risks on on the Belt and Road Initiative. The advantages of China＇s thermal power technology and the disadvantages of overseas investment environment protection were discussed. Then some policy suggestions are given about strengthening the environmental protection of foreign investment in thermal power industries.
