摘要
本文采用田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,对不同种植方式下蔬菜地土壤中氯吡硫磷的降解进行了研究。结果表明,在大棚、网室和露地种植方式下,氯吡硫磷在蔬菜地土壤中的降解动态规律符合一级动力学反应模型,其降解速率由快到慢依次为露地、网室和大棚,降解半衰期分别为5.20、6.04、6.96d,表明氯吡硫磷在蔬菜地土壤中的降解因种植方式的不同而存在差异。
The degradation of chlorpyrifos in vegetable-planted soil under different cultivation conditions was studied by using the field experiment and the laboratory analysis,which followed the first-order kinetics and the half-life was 6. 96,6. 04 and5. 20 days in the soil under greenhouse, screenhouse and open field conditions, respectively. The degradation rate of chlorpyrifos in vegetable-planted soil varied with different cultivation conditions and followed the order of open field screenhouse 〉greenhouse.
