我国城市生活垃圾处理与处置现状分析

Analysis on the Current Status of the Domestic Garbage Treatment and Disposal in China

我国城市化进程的不断加快,使得城市生活垃圾的处理与处置问题逐渐成为了制约我国城市发展和影响人民生活品质及生态建设的重要因素。笔者通过对近几年来我国城市生活垃圾处理与处置的现状及特征的综合分析,从生活垃圾的总体处理能力、三种处理技术的占比情况、各区域在垃圾处理中的差异及环保投资等方面,得出了我国生活垃圾处理过程中生产总量大、处理难度大、区域处理能力不平衡及环保投资不足等问题,为解决我国生活垃圾的现实问题提供了一定的理论依据。

Coincident with the unceasing development of the city urbanization,the treatment and disposal of municipal solid waste has been a vitally restraining factor of the city development,people＇ s quality of life and the ecological construction in China. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the status and characteristics of the domestic garbage treatment and disposal from the overall capacity of living garbage,the proportions of three kinds of processing technology,the local characteristics in the garbage disposal and environmental protection investment in recent years,the author has found that, there are many problems,such as producing vast,processing difficulty,regional processing capacity imbalance and insufficient investment in environmental protection in the treatment process of domestic waste treatment. That provides a theoretical basis to solve the garbage in China.
