Through Supply-side Structural Reform to Develop Zhejiang Environmental Protection Industry

浙江省通过供给侧和需求侧精准发力,从引导集聚发展、强化环境执法监管等角度驱动和拉动环保产业发展,但仍存在产业集中度不高、低价竞争、技术推广不畅等问题,针对存在问题提出相关政策建议:第一,持续保持监管执法高压态势;第二,完善协同创新机制;第三,提升环境服务业发展水平;第四,充分发挥行业协会作用。

Through supply-side and demand-side management,Zhejiang province pushes environmental protection industry development in the ways of agglomeration development and strengthening supervision etc. However,there are still some existing problems,such as： industry concentration,low-price competition,technical promotion and so on,this paper bring forward the following policy advises： firstly,strengthening law enforcement; secondly,perfecting the mechanism for the collaborative innovation; thirdly, upgrading environmental service industry level; fourthly, playing the roles of industry association effectively.
