This article presents how the vault developed since the constrrction of Pantheon in ancient Rome,from the massive Masonry structure in ancient times to the 'Garden of Eden'structure in Britain in modern times.The vault development clearly reflects that people have kept quexting for thousands of years the frames,materials and designs so that the architecture may progress in greatness,economy,rationa-lity and art.
