摘要
本文提出以生态文明为引领促进江淮生态大走廊建设,即将社会主义新农村建设、美丽乡村建设、特色小镇建设以及城镇化建设融为一体,将南水北调沿线为主轴的江淮生态大走廊,建设成为"绿色生产、净化田园,崇尚生态、营造花园,享受生活、美化家园,蕴藏生机、打造乐园,聚宝生财、丰盈财园"(简称"五生"和"五园")宜产、宜贸、宜居、宜游、宜养的人间福地,即"江淮生态大走廊"建设应植入"五生"和"五园"理念。
This paper puts forward promoting the Jianghuai ecological corridor construction led by ecological civilization construction,that is to say the concepts of ＂Five Vitalities ＂and ＂Five Gardens ＂bring into Jianghuai ecological corridor construction in new socialistic countryside construction,beautiful countryside construction, characteristic town construction and urbanization construction into an organic whole. Under the concept of ＂Five Vitalities＂and ＂Five Gardens＂,it aimed at turning Jianghuai ecological corridor,which is along South-to-North Water Transfer corridor,into a good place on earth,which is suitable for production,trade,living,visiting and cultivating.
