摘要
目的选取不同浓度的头孢菌素皮试液,对皮试情况进行分析。方法某院输液中心2016年1月~2016年12月期间,皮试的8种头孢菌素按照皮试液浓度分为两组,A组722例,B组738例;A组使用250μg·mL^(-1)浓度的皮试液,B组使用500μg·mL-1浓度的皮试液,将所得皮试结果进行统计分析。结果 A组皮试总阳性率为2.77%,B组为2.85%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组皮试假阴性率为0.85%,B组为0.14%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种浓度皮试液对皮试结果影响的差异较小,但是考察两组皮试假阴性率,得出B组皮试液浓度更适合。
OBJECTIVE To select different concentrations of cephalosporin skin test solutions, and analyze the skin test results. METHODS In the infusion center of a hospital from January 2016 to December 2016, eight cephalosporins were divided into two groups according to the different concentrations of the skin test solutions-722 cases in group A using 250 μg.mL^-1 concentration of skin test solution, 738 cases in group B using 500 μg·mL^-1 concentration of skin test solution, and made analysis with the result of skin test. RESULTS The total positive rate of skin test of group A was 2.77% ,and group B was 2.85%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P〉0.05). The negative rate of group A was 0.85%, group B was 0.14%.The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION The effects of the two skin test solutions on skin test results have small difference, but the two groups of skin tests prove false negative rate. so the B grouo skin test solution concentration is more suitable.
