ViscoStat Clear止血剂联合压线排龈法的临床疗效观察

Observaton of the Clinical Efficacy of Clear Combined with Visco Stat Hemostatic Agent Line Retraction Method

目的:通过评价Visco Stat Clear止血剂联合压线排龈法对牙周组织健康及树脂粘接效果的影响,为临床排龈药物的选择提供参考。方法:选取前牙冠修复患者120例,将其随机分为Visco Stat Clear组(40例)、肾上腺素组(40例)和生理盐水组(40例),分别采用Visco Stat Clear止血剂、0.1%肾上腺素和生理盐水作为排龈药物浸泡排龈线,压线法排龈,于排龈前及排龈后0.5 h、1、3、7 d为观察点,测定龈沟液(GCF)量和天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)水平变化。此外,选取离体前磨牙30颗,随机分为两组,分别用Visco Stat Clear止血剂和生理盐水处理后,涂布自粘接树脂水门汀,采用万能测试仪测定其粘接强度。结果:Visco Stat Clear止血剂及0.1%肾上腺素排龈后GCF量和AST水平较对照组均有所增加,排龈后0.5 h、1、3 d与排龈前比较差异均显著(P<0.05);但两实验组排龈效果没有统计学差异(P>0.05);7 d实验组及对照组中GCF量及AST水平均与排龈前无统计学差异(P>0.05);离体牙实验结果表明,经Visco Stat Clear止血剂处理的牙表面树脂粘接强度低于生理盐水处理组,但二者不具有统计学差异。结论:Visco Stat Clear止血剂联合压线排龈法对牙周组织存在一定损伤,但均可恢复;Visco Stat Clear止血剂处理牙面,对树脂粘接剂的粘接强度无明显影响,具有临床指导意义。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of gingival retraction cord containing Visco Stat Clear in the health of periodontal tissues and the bonding strength of resin cement. Methods：The patients（120 cases） asked for esthetic restoration of anterior teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups： Visco Stat Clear group（40 cases）, epinephrine group（40 cases） and normal saline group（40cases）. The patients were treated with gingival retraction cord containing Visco Stat Clear, epinephrine and normal saline, respectively.The quantity of gingival crevicular fluid（GCF） and the activities of aspartate aminotransferase（AST） in GCF were observed before treatment, and 0.5 h, 1, 3, 7 d after treatment. Meanwhile, 30 extracted human premolars were randomly divided into two groups, the teeth in the treatment group were treated with Visco Stat Clear while those in the control group were treated with normal saline. Then the bonding strength of these teeth with resin cement were tested. Results：There were no significant difference（P 〉0.05） between the two treatment groups. The quantity of GCF in patients of the two treatment groups increased 0.5 h after treatment. The quantity of GCF1 and 3 d after treatment in the treatment group was more than that in the control group with significant difference（P 〈0.05）. The quantities of AST in GCF were significantly higher 0.5 h, 1, and 3 d after treatment. The quantities of AST in GCF 1 and 3 d after treatment in the treatment group were more than that in the control group with significant difference（P 〈0.05）. GCF and AST level turned to be normal after 7 d treatment. And the bonding strength of Visco Stat Clear treated teeth was lower than that of control group, while there was no significant difference between them. Conclusion：The use of gingival retraction cord containing Visco Stat Clear caused a temporary inflammation in periodontal tissue and no obvious reduce of bonding strength was detected.
