Technology in Chinese Traditional Architecture

由于受到注重与自然相和谐的传统哲学理论思想的影响,中国传统建筑的创作思想并不强调理性化与科学化。这一方面导致中国传统建筑发展缓慢;另一方面也使其在与自然相和谐、与生态环境相统一具有优越性。

As the influence of the traditional philosophy theory which pay attention to the harmony with nature, the creation idea of Chinese traditional architecture didn't emphasize rationality and science. Although this phenomenon bringed about the slow development of Chinese traditional architecture, it also made superiority on the harmony with nature and the accordance with ecological environment.
