关于“物联网+融资租赁”发展模式研究

Research on the Coupling Model of Internet of Things and Financing Lease

物联网发展近年来已经上升至国家层面,物联网技术与融资租赁行业的深度耦合是融资租赁业创新发展的有效路径。虽然我国融资租赁业在企业数量、资产总额和经营效益等层面已经取得跨越式发展,但是仍未脱离"影子银行"的初级商业模式。本文从管理学的角度,以融资租赁业务流程为依据,提出了基于物联网技术的融资租赁设备采购、质量追踪和维修支持三种物联网与融资租赁耦合模式。在分析物联网与融资租赁耦合存在技术遭遇瓶颈、法律制度不完善和社会认知不足的三大痛点基础上,提出了促进两者深度耦合的路径:突破物联网融资租赁技术瓶颈、完善物联网融资租赁宏观工作机制、加大对物联网融资租赁的宣传推广力度和加强"技术+金融"复合型专业人才培养。

The development of Internet of things has risen to the national level in recent years. The deep coupling of Internet of things technology and financing lease industry has become an effective path for the innovation and development of financing lease industry. Although from the point of view of the number of enterprises, the total assets and operating income, China＇s financing lease industry has achieved great leap forward development, it is still not out of the ＂shadow banking＂ primary business model. From the management point of view, based on the financing lease business process, this paper puts forward three kinds of coupling models of Internet of things and financing lease based on the Internet of things technology： financing lease equipment procurement, quality tracking and maintenance supporting. On the basis of analyzing the three major pain points of the coupling of Internet of things and finance lease, there are the bottleneck of technology, the imperfect legal system and the lack of social cognition, this paper points out that it faces three challenges： Internet of things technology, legal system and social cognition. On the basis of the above, this paper puts forward the path of their deep coupling： breaking Internet of things finance lease technical bottlenecks, improving networking mechanism, macro finance lease financing lease things to increase promotional efforts and strengthening the ＂technology ＋ financial＂ compound talents cultivation.
